It appears in the HTTP_SERVICE_CONFIG_SSL_SET and the HTTP_SERVICE_CONFIG_SSL_QUERY structures, and is passed as the pConfigInformation parameter to HttpDeleteServiceConfiguration, HttpQueryServiceConfiguration, and HttpSetServiceConfiguration when the ConfigId parameter is equal to HttpServiceConfigSSLCertInfo.
