Summary
SetDllDirectory adds a directory to the search path used to locate DLLs for the application.

C# Signature:

[DllImport("kernel32.dll", CharSet = CharSet.Unicode, SetLastError = true)]
[return: MarshalAs(UnmanagedType.Bool)]
[DllImport("kernel32.dll", SetLastError=true)]
static extern bool SetDllDirectory(string lpPathName);

VB Signature:

Declare Function SetDllDirectory Lib "kernel32.dll" (TODO) As TODO
